Capri and I have an Etsy shop and other goodies to share. I’ll list what I like on amazon for our boat and what we use for homeschooling.

What we use for boat schooling currently and in the past

The Good and the Beautiful is a Christian based curriculum, we are not religious but the books really are beautiful. ELA, Science units, History and Math.

Wordly Wise is great for vocab, we only do the workbook, not the teachers guide.

We use this for typing. I believe it is also online. The girls write all their essays and reports on laptops so that helps with the typing as well.

Make sure to join you’re library before leaving. OR you can buy a membership with the Orange County Library (Florida) and they have a HUGE amount of ebooks that link to your kindle.

Blackbird & Company has great chapter books with study guides.

Scholar spelling app keeps us from tears. It does need the internet.

I LOVE BTN (Behind the News), I watched it in school as a kid. It’s a news program made for kids. It’s Australia based but does do world news.

Kindle Paperwhite is a MUST. We don’t have the space for books.

Most important is the yummies we keep on hand when math causes tears. We usually do gum. I find that if kids are chewing they calm down and focus.

We use Generation Genius for fun science videos to back up our unit studies – when we have good internet.

Handwriting Without Tears is great for the younger kids to help with printing and cursive.

Short & Curly is an ethics podcast for kids. Super fun.

LEGO has an assortment of education packs. We have the motion one to go with our Science unit study.
